2017 R2R Webcast: Strategies for Improving Adherence - Day on the Hill Workshop Encore
This course will address current issues in adherence for participants in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation programs. The primary objective will be to focus on strategies to improve patient care, wellness, and behavioral change from the perspective of behavioral health and nutrition professionals. Review of specific turnkeys developed by psychologists, counselors and dieticians will be highlighted to generate ideas for CR program reform to enhance patient participation, individualize treatment, explore new methods of delivery, and confirm the efficacy of CR in reducing the impact of cardiovascular disease.
