- Identify interventions to increase referrals to your pulmonary rehab program (social media, links with primary care, EMR data)
- Develop a regional strategy for pulmonary rehab in a rural area (links between programs, using an academic med center pulmonologist for rural hospital rehab programs)
- Expanding pulmonary rehabilitation interventions into other settings (COPD clinic, thoracic oncology, etc)
