There is much apparent hesitation in cardiac rehab program leadership to pilot innovative, value-based change ideas into our programs. This Rapid-Fire session will review how one small program experienced radical quality and fiscal improvements by simply altering and tweaking several innovative potential applications to meet the needs of the current healthcare landscape, while utilizing the program's specific strengths. With a very slim staff and restricted resources, this program applied Group Intakes, "See U in 7", "See U in 14", Formal Group Education Sessions, Dietician Involvement, Multiple Directors, Daily Huddles, and an innovative Phase III started at an area gym.
Please note, if you have claimed credit for the session during the live virtual meeting or in the months after, you cannot also get CE for this recorded session.
