2021 Webinar: Delivering effective patient education in on-site and virtual cardiac rehabilitation
It is well reported that structured in-person education programs designed for cardiac patients are associated with improvements in patient outcomes. More recently, studies have shown that virtual patient education interventions are effective at changing modifiable risk factors for chronic disease. In this webcast, we will discuss strategies for delivering virtual education and introduce Toronto Rehab’s new virtual cardiac rehabilitation model that remains comprehensive and meets all quality indicators.
